Clinic Coordinator - GMF Domain

CMME is currently seeking a clinic coordinator to join its administrative team. Reporting to the Director of Operations and supported by an experienced and dynamic management team, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in a context of strong growth for a company that is thriving and has a tangible impact on our Quebec public health system.

 

As a clinic coordinator within CMME, you will play a key role in the daily management, smooth operation, and continuous improvement of the operations of a medical clinic in the CMME network.

Full-time, 40 hours/week; Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; weekends as needed; on-site location only.

Required Profile

  • Ability to achieve results and reach goals through inspiring leadership and strong change management skills.

  • Autonomy and accountability for the performance of staff and the site.

  • Strong communication skills and a strong team spirit.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or personnel and operations management role.

  • Experience in a dental, medical, or similar environment (an asset).

  • Exceptional multitasking skills and a strong ability to adapt to change.

  • Experience with electronic medical records, ideally with MYLE (an asset).

  • A university or college degree in business administration (an asset).

  • Experience in a high-growth setting (an asset).

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as the site is not close to public transportation.

  • Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).

Main Duties

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the site.

  • Ensure patient satisfaction by providing quality support services to healthcare professionals.

  • Recruit administrative staff for the site in collaboration with management and HR.

  • Train, supervise, and mentor clinic administrative staff according to CMME standardized processes.

  • Efficiently and rapidly deploy new tools and processes.

  • Manage the schedule and ensure the punctuality of administrative and nursing staff at the site according to CMME policies.

  • Implement and enforce site cost management, inventory control policies, and processes.

  • Work closely with physicians and practitioners to ensure optimal care coordination.

  • Manage relationships with site physicians and staff to ensure good team cohesion.

  • Ensure that physician schedules are open and filled while ensuring optimal use of office spaces.

  • Implement initiatives and activities that encourage individual and collective well-being within the site.

  • In collaboration with management, ensure compliance with GMF and ministerial obligations of the site.
