The answer to your questions.

  • Nope! We are a medical center affiliated with the RAMQ. Our mission is to provide easy and efficient access to a variety of high-quality care for everyone.

  • We currently have 9 locations easily accessible for everyone: St-Léonard, HOMA, Anjou, St-Laurent, Villeray, Fabre, Henri-Bourassa, Lasalle, and Bloom.

For more information, please visit the page Locations.

  • Absolutely! We continue to improve our buildings, as well as our services to meet your needs.

Family medicine

  • A family medicine group (FMG) works in close collaboration with other health and social services professionals (e.g., nurses, and/or social workers). This allows us to have a better work organization, as well as to improve access and the quality of our offered care.

  • In order to meet current population needs, our doctors take their new patients directly from the Québec Family Doctor Finder (GAMF). Therefore, it is recommended to register there:

Please note that our doctors do not take new patients from our emergency appointment service.

  • The unregistration of your current doctor with the RAMQ can occur in the following situations:

    • If you choose to register with another doctor.

    • If your doctor moves, retires, or is no longer able to provide your medical follow-up.

    • If you have a valid reason to change your doctor, such as moving far from their practice.

    Options for unregistration include:

    • By phone: 514 864-3411 (Montreal region)

    • In person

    • By mail
