Centre Médical Mieux-Être is currently looking for a physiotherapist for our St-Léonard and Anjou locations!

Required Profile

  • Hold a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in physiotherapy;

  • Be a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec;

  • Work experience in physiotherapy (an asset);

  • Interest in working with private clients, CNESST and SAAQ, athletes, and others;

  • Interest in working as part of a team in an interdisciplinary environment, engaging in discussions and shadowing with orthopedists, general practitioners, and others;

  • Fluent bilingualism in French (spoken and written) and English (spoken);

  • Knowledge of Medexa and Physiotec software (an asset);

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt to different clients;

  • Organizational skills, precision, and autonomy in practice;

  • Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and have a holistic view of cases;

  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

  • Provide quality and patient-specific care related to achieving clinical goals;

  • Evaluate the patient's condition;

  • Interest/training in manual therapy, orthopedics, vestibular therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (an asset);

  • Provide information on prevention and functional improvement of physical performance through prevention, pain management, and treatment of physical limitations and injuries;

  • Develop an individualized recovery plan based on scientifically proven techniques to address the problem, discomfort, or injury;

  • Manage and maintain patient records.
